Terms & Conditions

Access to our desktop applications (including MorEazy POS) is granted under a license key bound to a single device at a time. A license does not transfer ownership of the software — it grants a right to use it under these terms.

You may use licensed software for your own business operations. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or reselling access to the software without written permission is not permitted.

Payment is due as agreed at the time of purchase. A license remains in Pending payment status, and may be limited or inactive, until payment is confirmed and marked Completed.

A "Lifetime" license grants use of the specific major version purchased for as long as the product is supported, activated on one device, without recurring fees. It does not guarantee free upgrades to future paid major versions, which may be offered separately.

Subscription plans renew for their selected interval unless cancelled beforehand. Access continues through the end of the paid period after cancellation; no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period.

Refund requests are evaluated case by case within a reasonable window after purchase. Contact moreazy@gmail.com to request a refund and describe the issue you encountered.

Support is provided through the channels listed on our Contact page. Response times may vary depending on your plan and the nature of the issue.

Each license activates one device. If a key has already been activated, further activation attempts on a different device will be rejected unless an authorized administrator performs a device transfer or reset on your behalf.

You agree not to use our products for unlawful purposes, to attempt to circumvent licensing controls, or to interfere with the operation of our services for other customers.

Our software is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
